Avis Budget Group – Case Study
TD Group have supplied resources to Avis Budget Group since the beginning of their EMEA Digital futures transformation programme that started in 2013. Throughout this time, we have provided a wide range of digital resource from Test Managers and Mobile Web Test Analysts to Bi-lingual Content Executives and Business Analysts.
This has supported the fast growth of their team from 10 to 50 over a short period. In addition, we have integrated with their strategic plan of rapidly moving the EMEA matrix programme management to a centralised agile methodology team focused at their HQ at Bracknell. Much of the required resource was specialist digital enterprise experience and skills including knowledge of the target European markets with language skills. We met these challenges using our detailed candidate contact approach, remote video interviewing and high screening techniques to give ABG the high quality candidates they needed at competitive contract market rates.
By working closely with the hiring managers and the programme manager we were able to pipe-line talent in these very specific areas to help speed up the recruitment cycle and allow ABG to react to their seasonal markets quickly.
